The Story Behind Ms.Sweet.Satty’s Honey Oatmeal Cookie
When my son was very small, he had allergies to almost everything. My mom spent countless hours trying to create a snack that wasn’t just tasty, but gentle enough for his sensitivities. Out of that love, dedication, and experimentation, our Honey Oatmeal Cookie was born , a natural treat made with high-quality ingredients, perfect for those with allergies or a sensitive system.
How the Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Came to Life
Our Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie actually came long after the original honey oatmeal. When the idea for Ms. Sweet Satty’s first started forming around the same time vegan food was rapidly rising in popularity ,we reached out to friends in the baking community for guidance. A special shout-out goes to Bianca, a food instructor who teaches cooking. She shared tips and even offered her own vegan chocolate chip recipe. We tweaked and refined it until it became the delicious vegan chocolate chip cookie our customers love today.
Expanding to Gluten-Free Vegan & Nut-Free Tahini
Next came the challenge: making our cookie gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free. We tested countless alternatives , different butters, replacements, and bases but nothing tasted right. Then came a moment of serendipity.
During an event, another woman named Bianca suggested we try tahini. We went home, experimented, and the result was delicious. Encouraged, we continued building on the recipe. In conversations with another vegan families and bakers new ideas kept forming until it sparked something new. After nearly a year and a half of testing, perfecting, and patience, our Tahini Gluten-Free Vegan Marshmallow Cookie was finally born, it’s one of our top sellers . Rich, gooey, allergy-friendly, and deeply loved by our customers.
Every cookie we make begins with real conversations, real people, and a genuine desire to include everyone at the table .whether vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, or simply a lover of good dessert.
